How long is each party timeslot?
– Our default duration per party is 2 hours

Do you provide cakes? Can I bring my own cake?
– Yes you can! We do not provide cakes for parties

What age group is the playground suitable for?
– Our playground is best suited for kids above 18 months old

Do parents need to pay too?
– Yes all guests regardless of age will require entry passes/party passes to enter the playground

Do you have any party rooms?
– Due to our setup, we do not have party rooms but we will segregate a dedicated area with private access for you and your guests!

What can the facilitator assist with?
– Anything from directions, phototaking, entry and other special requests!

Can we decorate the private area?
– Yes you can decorate it as you wish!

Can we retain the private area after the party?
– As seats are limited within the playground, that wouldn’t be possible!

Can we run a private closed-door party?
– Yes that is possible only on Mon-Fri and with a minimum of 100pax!

Do I need to place a deposit to confirm the party?
– Yes you will need to place a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation!

Can I book a party without food?
– Yes! However, outside food will not be allowed in the playground!
